If the Joyful Dirt arrives compacted (it was totally solid and not powdery), is it ok to use?

It is for sure okay to use still. Likely had some moisture get under the seal. Let us know and we’ll replace it!! No sense in chipping out Joyful Dirt, when you can shake it out!
