Thankfully it is not possible to overuse Joyful Dirt.
If overused, your plant will remain very happy, but the dirt in the pot will change consistency...often crusty.
If your pots do not drain, you can overuse ANY fertilizer because the soil will become septic and the nutrients and beneficial organisms will fight each other. This often causes the plant to die.
